Next Potter County Jail Board Meeting Friday, April 4
Next public meeting of the Potter County Jail Board will be held at noon on Friday, April 4, at the F.W. Gunzburger County Office Building Auditorium. Potter County Human Services administrators will provide updates on the Potter County Re-entry Coalition, as well as the Stepping Up Initiative to improve outcomes for offenders with mental health issues. Additionally, they will discuss ways the Potter County Jail can best support those two top priorities of the Potter County Criminal Justice Advisory Board. Also on Friday, the Jail Board Operations/Policies and Procedures Committee will be seeking full board approval of a revised Potter County Jail Mission Statement.

Jail Board members are Commissioner Paul Heimel (chair), Sheriff Kevin Siska (vice chair), Commissioner Nancy Grupp (secretary), Judge Stephen Minor, District Attorney Andy Watson, and Commissioner Robert Rossman. Chief Commissioners Clerk Jessica Giebel serves as administrator.
